Turnaround Time
We accept Itero, 3Shape, and CEREC files. With providing digital scanning, we can delivery cases within:

• 2hrs
• Same day
• 1-2 days
• 3 days (standard)

With providing PVS impression, we can delivery cases within:

• 1-2 days
• 3-4 days
• 5-7 days (standard)

• Except the standard service, all rush options need to be prescheduled and confirm the delivery date.
• Time of pick-up and delivery may affect turnaround time
• The day the case is received in the laboratory is not included in turnaround time if received after noon. Cases with an incomplete RX form and missing required information could be delayed (i.e. shade, photos, bite, models)
